QPN PSA nitrogen generator
QPN nitrogen generator based on the principle of pressure swing adsorption(PSA), using the high quality carbon molecular sieve as adsorbent, the nitrogen directly from the compressed air.

The working principle
According to the principle of the pressure swing adsorption (PSA), using high quality carbon molecular sieve as adsorbent, under certain pressure, due to the dynamic effect, nitrogen and oxygen has a very large differences of diffusion rates in carbon molecular sieve that oxygen molecules adsorpted much more by it and nitrogen molecules enriched in the gas phase to achieve separation of oxygen and nitrogen.
Because of carbon molecular sieve,oxygen adsorption capacity varies with the great difference of pressure, reduce pressure can parse the carbon molecular sieve adsorption of oxygen then carbon molecular sieve could regenerat which leads recycle.
Using two adsorption tower, a tower made nitrogen by adsorpting, another made regeneration, cycles, making continuous production of high quality nitrogen.
